Bana Hima is a sophomore studying Government in the College of Arts and Sciences. On campus, she is involved in Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity as well as 180 Degrees Consulting. She is interested in the intersection between business and law and plans on pursuing either consulting or law in the future. In her free time, Bana enjoys watching movies, listening to podcasts, and going out to eat with friends.

Kareena Stowers is a senior studying Economics in the College of Arts and Sciences. She spent this past summer working in consulting at Accenture and plans to join McKinsey after graduation. On campus, she is involved in 180 Degrees Consulting, Outdoor Odyssey, and works as a research assistant. She is interested in economic development, agriculture, and poverty reduction. In her free time, she loves to run, rock climb, and hang out with friends.

Roma is a current sophomore studying Urban and Regional Studies. Her interests lie in the intersection of affordable housing, sustainability, and community. In the future, Roma hopes to go into affordable housing research, get her Masters, and be a professor. On campus, she is also involved in South Asian Council, Architects Artists and Planners of Color, Cornell University Sustainable Design, and A Seat at the Table. When she is not doing work or in class, Roma loves to go thrifting or try out new cafes and restaurants!

She is passionate about blending her analytical and creative side with business to pursue a marketing or journalism career. Isabel Sade is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Environment & Sustainability and minoring in Business. On campus, she is involved in Cornell Sustainability Consultants and Cornell Reserve Tennis. Isabel has previously worked at Raise for Good, a social impact consultancy, as well as MeliBio, a small food tech company. In the future, she hopes to connect sustainability and business through a career in corporate sustainability or consulting. Isabel enjoys skiing, traveling, baking, and trying new foods.

On campus, she is actively involved in Planned Parenthood Generation Action, Phi Alpha Delta, ILR Women’s Caucus, and The Cornell Traditions Fellowship. In her free time, she enjoys reading historical fiction, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with friends. Bronwyn is pursuing a career in Human Resources, aiming to merge her passion for service with creating better workplaces. This summer, she will join Duquesne Light’s Labor Relations team to further her experience in the field.

Taking care of cerebral palsy children and people with mental health issues for years, she is interested in pursuing careers in the healthcare industry and passionate to serve people in need. On campus, she is an active member on the external team at CSSA. For hobbies, she loves dancing, playing basketball, skiing (learning snowboarding), oil painting, and going to the gym (weightlifting). As a fun fact, she is a loyal cheese lover.

On campus, Vindhya serves as the Co-president of 180 Degrees Consulting at Cornell and is part of the Events Team for The Wardrobe at Cornell. Isabelle is a junior majoring in Economics and Spanish in the College of Arts and Sciences and was the former Treasurer of Forté in Spring 2023. Last summer, she interned at ReadWorks, an EdTech company, as a Business Development and Marketing Intern, while also doing some consulting work for Spirit Consulting, a boutique consulting firm. She is interested in the intersection of business and technology and hopes to pursue a career in consulting or product management. On campus, she is also involved in Friends of Farmworkers, Cornell Tech Consulting, and a social sorority. She loves pho, film photography, and traveling, and she is looking forward to going abroad to Santiago, Chile and London, England this year.

Sofia is a junior from Westchester, NY, majoring in Information Science with a minor in Business. This past summer, Sofia spent her time in Colombia working on her family cattle farm, learning about the business and how to farm sustainably. Previously, Sofia worked at Greenburgh Nature Center for six years as volunteer team lead. Sofia is passionate about education and is heavily involved with Kode With Klossy and Girls Who Code to continue teaching young women about Computer Science. Sofia hopes to pursue a career in Wealth Management while also making time for her passions. In her free time, Sofia enjoys golfing, pilates, hiking, going on adventures with friends, and binging Modern Family. On-campus, Sofia is the co-chair of DE&I for DSP, and an active member of her social sorority.

Melody is a senior majoring in Biological Sciences in the College of Arts & Sciences. She currently performs undergraduate research in the Lujan Lab that deals with the role of AI in ovarian image analysis. She also serves as the Managing Director of the Cornell Undergraduate Research Magazine, working to highlight the diversity of research across all colleges. Career-wise, Melody hopes to go into dentistry and become more familiar with the importance of business in health-related fields. Outside of class, you will find her irresponsibly spending BRBs and "studying" in the stacks.

Nidhi Mylavarapu is a junior currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science & Operations Research. In her current role as a Software Developer at Cornell Digital Tech & Innovation (DTI), Nidhi is actively involved in the development of CoursePlan, a widely-used web app helping students plan their academic journey efficiently. During Nidhi's internship at Dow Jones & Co., she leveraged her skills in C# and Redis to enhance the caching mechanism for an internal tool and collaborated with designers to implement Figma mockups using React and other web development tools, contributing to the development of a new product. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Nidhi is actively engaged in extracurricular activities such as Forté, NCWIT (National Center for Women & Information Technology) and WICC (Women in Computing @ Cornell). Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Nidhi is passionate about cruelty-free, sustainable beauty.

Dylan is a student in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business. She is also a writer for Cornell’s Slope Media Magazine. She has previously worked as a developmental intern for Alloy Entertainment, as well as a research assistant for ghSMART in the summer of 2021. In the summer of 2022, she worked as a cooking counselor for Camp Hayground. Dylan is passionate about both creative and journalistic writing, creating nutritious recipes in the kitchen, as well as giving back to the local community. Beyond her professional commitments, Valerie is a dedicated CAPSU ambassador and a VAW Global Health Alliance member. In addition to being the VP of External Affairs for Forté, she is a Marketing Analyst for the Society of Women in Business, a teaching assistant for Writing about Communication, and the team leader for her Forté professional development capstone project with Tall Poppy. She spent this past summer studying abroad in India, learning about marketing in emerging markets. In the summers prior, Lindsay interned for McCann Worldgroup in Shanghai, China, and McCann Detroit. She is passionate about marketing, and her background living in five countries has led her to foster an interest in global brands. In her free time, Lindsay loves doing hot yoga, spending time with friends, and perfecting her matcha latte recipe.

Lilly Van Wagenen is a sophomore in ILR with minors in Business and Law and Society. She is on the Women’s Club Soccer team at Cornell and is the Director of Philanthropy for her sorority. Last summer she was an intern for the non-profit organization Pledge to Humanity and this past winter break she was a judicial law clerk intern for the Honorable Thomas Moore, PJ Civil at the Historic Courthouse. This summer she will be doing Washington in D.C and is excited to explore more about business and policy.

Sophie is interested in Business Anthropology, specifically how an understanding of other cultures and communities can help companies be more effective in marketing their products or services and growing their businesses. Last summer, Sophie worked as a Gallery Assistant at VSOP Projects. In her free time, Sophie loves to run, bake, read, and listen to the “Smartless” podcast.
